Marine was founded in 1996 by qualified boatbuilder; Nic deMey
with a vision of transferring the experience and knowledge
of past Americas Cup and round the world construction techniques
to the custom yacht market. This has proved to be a winning formula
as CT Marine have fast earned a reputation for building boats that
are strong, light and finished to the highest standard. |

CT Marine specialises in foam sandwich construction. Utilizing the latest construction techniques from vacuum bagging to prepreg laminating. We know that weight plays a huge part in the performance of boats, which is why every product at CT is issued with weight control sheets that must be adhered to during all stages of its construction. Thorough process manuals are designed for all aspects of construction to ensure superb quality. CT Marine encompasses custom and semi-production work as our main focus. Our build range being between 5m to 20m. Our team consists of a core group of skilled personel ranging from the office to the shop floor all of which play an important job in ensuring that CT Marine delivers quality productions on time. CT Marine's work is divided into 2 segments: custom builds and production ski boats. Supplementing this also with in-house contract work. |
